MOU: EPA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Food Quality Protection Act
In this July 28, 2000, Memorandum of Understanding, EPA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention agree to establish a coordinated framework for collaborative efforts to implement the public health provisions of the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA).
