2018 RAD Fall Partner Meeting
The RAD program held an in-person partner meeting on September 6, 2018. The partner meeting began with a brief overview of 2017 partner achievements and recently completed and upcoming RAD activities. Following this introduction, representatives from five RAD partners, including AEP Ohio, Baltimore Gas & Electric (BG&E), Commonwealth Edison (ComEd), Dayton Power & Light (DP&L), and PPL Electric Utilities, presented best practices and lessons learned from their respective appliance recycling programs. The RAD partners touched on marketing strategies, strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and community collection events.
