Below is EPA's risk assessment of the per- and polyfluoralkyl substances (PFAS) in SN-23-0002-0006 and SN-23-0008-0011 submitted by Inhance Technologies LLC. The orders accompanying this risk assessment were vacated on March 21, 2024, by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
