A UIC Class I non-hazardous waste injection well facility with one (1) existing injection well, known as Well Live Oak WD-1, located at the Live Oak Power Plant in Bakersfield, California.

    This major modification reflects a revised method for calculating the maximum allowable surface injection pressure for Well Live Oak WD-1 stipulated in Part II, Section D.3.a. of the Permit. The cover letter for the major modification specifies the maximum allowable injection surface pressure and maximum allowable injection rate limitations for Well Live Oak WD-1.
