Framework for the Future: Urban Waters Federal Partnership 2021 Partner Recommitment
Since its formation, the Urban Waters Program has achieved notable successes across the U.S. to revitalize urban waterways and the communities that surround them. The Program has supported hundreds of projects across the country through small grants, foundation and nongovernmental partners, and the Federal Partnership and Learning Network.
At the ten-year anniversary of the program, partners felt it was timely to consider approaches to ensure the continuity and strength of the program. This document represents the recommitment of the 15 federal agency partners to uphold the original Vision, Mission and Principles of the Urban Waters Federal Partnership, and actions the federal partners will undertake to strengthen and expand the impact of the UWFP.
