About the Office of the Chief Grants Officer
What We Do
The Office of the Chief Grants Officer (OCGO) oversees the management of the Agency’s assistance agreements. It develops national policies, guidance and training; provides national compliance support; administers assistance agreements for Headquarters programs; and manages the Agency’s Suspension and Debarment program. The Agency’s Grants Management Plan establishes the long-term goals and performance measures for ensuring the proper stewardship of the Agency’s assistance agreement resources in support of the EPA’s mission.
