Final Scope Documents for High-Priority Chemicals Undergoing Risk Evaluation

In December 2019, EPA designated 20 High-Priority substances to undergo risk evaluation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The final scope documents for these substances are available below. Also below is EPA's response to comments received on the draft scope documents, released in April 2020.  You can find additional information in the docket relevant to this action (EPA-HQ-OPPT-2019-0131) or in the individual dockets for each of the chemicals. View the final list of businesses subject to fees for these 20 risk evaluations.
