Draft Scope Documents for High-Priority Chemicals Undergoing Risk Evaluation

In December 2019, EPA designated 20 High-Priority substances to undergo risk evaluation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The draft scope documents for these substances are available below. EPA will accept public comments on the draft scopes for 45 days after publication in the Federal Register. Comments may be submitted to the docket relevant to this action (EPA-HQ-OPPT-2019-0131), or to the individual dockets for each of the chemicals.
