Clean Water Act Section 319 Non-Point Source Assistance Agreements Public Awareness Terms and Conditions Effective October 1, 2024
If the 319 award includes an outreach component, the recipient agrees to provide signage that
informs the public that the project is funded by EPA. The signage shall contain the EPA logo. -
Signage Required Term and Condition
The recipient is required to place a sign at construction sites supported under this award displaying the EPA logo in a manner that informs the public that the project is funded in part or wholly by the EPA.
