GreenChill Certified Stores
Since the Program inception in 2008 through 2024, the GreenChill Store Certification Program for Food Retailers has issued more than 5,200 certifications to over 1,480 individual stores. Stores can achieve Platinum-, Gold-, or Silver-Level certification.
Many GreenChill Food Retail Partners have GreenChill Certified Stores, but it is not necessary to be a Partner to certify a store. Any food retail store (e.g., supermarket, grocery store) in the United States can apply.

In calendar year 2024, there were 956 certified stores (including 798 Platinum, 74 Gold and 84 Silver) across 44 states and the District of Columbia.
