Public Hearing Registration: 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) Section 176A Petitions

EPA will hold a public hearing on the proposed denial of a petition from Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont under section 176A(a) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The hearing will take place on April 13, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (local time) or at least two hours after the last registered speaker has testified.  The hearing will be held in:

Each commenter will have five (5) minutes to speak. Please choose a general time slot for presenting your oral testimony. EPA will make every effort to accommodate your request.
In case your preferred time slot is unavailable, please select an alternate time slot to present your testimony.
Please list any sign language interpretation, equipment requests or other reasonable accommodations necessary for your testimony.
