Rule Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is establishing a final rule for implementing the revised 2015 ozone NAAQS (the ‘‘2015 ozone NAAQS’’) that were promulgated on October 1, 2015. This rule addresses a range of nonattainment area state implementation plan (SIP) requirements for the 2015 ozone NAAQS.
