Websites and Contacts for Hazardous Waste Manifest Programs in U.S. State Environmental Agencies

Some states have additional requirements regarding the use of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest. To help hazardous waste generators follow the regulations in their state, both a map and an alphabetically linked list of states and U.S. territories' websites are given below. All of these links will take you outside the EPA's website and the EPA is not responsible for the content. Note: The contact person's name and phone is provided for states that have not completed their Manifest web page.
