Frequent Questions About Hazardous Waste Permitting.

EPA developed this "TSDF Toolkit" to facilitate an understanding of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act's (RCRA's) permitting requirements. It gathers, in one place, the main publicly available permitting resources so that the general public, permit writers, state permitting authorities, and permittees can easily access them. These resources include flow charts of the permitting process, guidance, training modules, permit appeals, example permits, and links to state and federal resources.

The TSDF Toolkit also includes regulation links and Federal Register notices focused on the following Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts: 264, 265, 266, 268, 270, and 124 (others also included).
