EPA Third Party Exam Contact Information and Questions

Applicants for EPA initial certification as an Inspector, Risk Assessor or Supervisor are required to take an exam, unless applying by reciprocity.  Exams can be taken online or in person. Upon submission of your application, you will receive an exam letter that provides detailed information about scheduling, updating your appointment, what you'll need to provide at the time of the exam and if needed the procedure for retakes.  If you've misplaced your exam letter, go to your CDX inbox, the exam letter was sent with the email confirming your application submission.  

Below is information regarding exam scheduling, technical requirements and to report issues you may be having with the exam. 

  • Scheduling:  Exams can be scheduled online or by phone. To schedule visit Meazure Learning with your emailed login credentials or by Meazure Learning  at (919) 572-6880. You must schedule at least two (2) days prior to the date you wish to test.

    You will receive confirmation of your examination date and site via email. If you do not receive this confirmation within two (2) business days of submitting your request, please contact Scantron at (919) 572-6880.
     
  • Technical requirements: For online exams, once scheduled, it is recommended that you test your system at least 7 days before taking the exam to minimize the chance of disruptions during the exam.
