    The Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) requires systems that exceed the action level to complete a 4 number of steps, which include delivering public education to alert the public of the exceedance 5 and provide information on steps customers can take to reduce their risk. To ensure that at-risk 6 populations are receiving the necessary information to protect themselves from exposure to lead, 7 EPA is reviewing the public education requirements of the LCR
