For new estuaries EPA seeks nominations that demonstrate knowledge of priority problems, identify the existence of a management conference or similar entity, include a framework for a working conference agreement, demonstrate evidence of public support and involvement, and indicate State commitment to support Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) implementation.
