Arizona-Sonora Regional Workgroup Public Plenary

Join us as we mark the upcoming sunset (closeout) of the Border 2025: U.S.-Mexico Environmental Program. We will be bringing together representatives from local governments, Tribal Nations, and other program partners to discuss the future of environmental collaboration in the Arizona-Sonora region.

This plenary session will provide an opportunity to reflect on regional accomplishments, learn from one another's experiences, and celebrate the partnerships that have advanced environmental protection along the border. Participants will also discuss ongoing environmental challenges affecting border communities and Tribal lands, explore barriers and opportunities, and identify ways to work together more effectively in the future.

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided. For any questions, please contact Lorena Lopez-Powers at lopez-powers.lorena@epa.gov.
