EPA Updates the TSDF Toolkit

On May 9, EPA updated the "Toolkit Reference Document for Requirements Related to Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs)." This resource gathers, in one place, the main publicly available permitting resources, so that the public, permit writers, state permitting authorities, and permittees can easily access them.
