Checklist for Preparing Applications for Emergency Exemptions under Section 18 of FIFRA
This document provides State and Federal agencies with a resource for preparing applications for Emergency Exemptions under Section 18 of FIFRA, for submission to EPA. It provides a listing of the elements that must be included for Specific, Quarantine, and Public Health Emergency Exemption requests to fully address the requirements set forth in the regulations at 40 CFR part 166. It also provides a checklist for declaration of a Crisis Exemption, and a checklist for preparing Final Reports for Emergency Exemptions.
