Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs)

EPA’S Chief Quality Officer oversees the Agency Quality Program for environmental information as delegated by the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing mandatory quality management activities across EPA offices, labs, and contractors. General questions about the Quality Program should be sent to the Quality mailbox at (quality@epa.gov).

Each EPA Regional Office, National Program Office and ORD National Research Laboratory and Center develops and implements its own individual system in support of the EPA Quality Program.
