Region 10 Clean Water Act Section 106 Tribal Program Funding

Section 106 of the Clean Water Act provides funding to support water pollution control programs. Currently 40 Tribes are eligible to receive Section 106 funding within Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington (EPA's Region 10). Learn more about EPA's Section 106 tribal grant program.

2026 Funding

Work plans and budgets are due Tuesday, January 21, 2025. 

Awards will be made by September 30, 2025.
