July 29, 2016 – The EPA responded to the Finger Lakes Zero Waste Coalition's letter, dated February 8, 2016, requesting to EPA to reopen the operating permit issued in 2012 by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to Seneca Energy II, LLC for the Ontario County Landfill Gas-to-Energy Facility in Seneca, Ontario County, New York, Permit No. 8-3244-00040-00002.
