Louisiana State University, National Center for Biomedical Research (NCBRT) offers Department of Homeland Security (DHS) certified courses covered under the NCBRT’s Homeland Security National Training Program Cooperative Agreement. Computer Aided Management of Emergency Operations (CAMEO) introductory and advanced courses are included in this program. As a DHS primary training provider, the NCBRT can offer this vital training at no direct cost to your agency. CAMEO Training is a private company that offers a comprehensive overview of the CAMEO software suite, continuing support and assistance with data management questions, and customized course development for non-traditional usage of the software. There are fees charged by the company for the training. HazMatTV is a private company that currently offers the course Basic CAMEO. Basic CAMEO is a self-paced web-based introductory course with a hands-on approach to learn the basics of CAMEO Chemicals. The company plans to expand the CAMEO training offerings to include the other components of the CAMEO suite. There are fees charged by the company for the training. The training programs offered by HazMatTV are not certified or endorsed by EPA or NOAA.

CAMEO News Service
The CAMEO News Service provides a way for the CAMEO team (at EPA and NOAA) to communicate important information to the CAMEO community. The service is used primarily to send updates when new releases are available for ALOHA, CAMEO Chemicals, CAMEO Data Manager, MARPLOT, and/or Tier2 Submit. The service is hosted by NOAA.
