Training Video

This webinar will cover common misconceptions and misunderstandings found in NPDES laboratories, how to identify and rectify them in your laboratory, and how to improve your analytical testing and results. Supporting documentation from both 40 CFR and Standard Methods provided. This webinar will also cover some Good Laboratory Practices and additional compliance assistance for application in your laboratory.

Presenter

  • Magdeleine Dallemagne is an Environmental Scientist at EPA Region 6 working on the Clean Water Act, NPDES, and Safe Drinking Water Act programs. Magda graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2015 with her Masters in Atmospheric and Analytical Chemistries and has been working for EPA Region 6 since then. Starting in 2016, she began conducting laboratory inspections specific to the Clean Water Act, which later expanded to the Safe Drinking Water Act. Magda has conducted over thirty municipal and industrial facility laboratory audits and inspections, a dozen enforcement actions, and regularly provides technical and analytical compliance assistance to dischargers. She recently received awards for her various accomplishments: EPA’s Bronze Medal Award and EPA’s Cross Divisional Award.
