2022 Removal Action Model ASAOC
Memorandum transmits revised model administrative settlement agreement and order on consent (ASAOC) for negotiating agreements with potentially responsible parties (PRPs) for performance of removal actions at Superfund sites under the authority of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, commonly referred to as Superfund). Issued 9/29/2022.

The 2022 model supersedes the previously issued 2015 Removal ASAOC model.
