Yes, EPA CID Special Agent are eligible for LEAP, which is a type of premium pay for criminal investigators who are required to work or be available to work unscheduled overtime based on the needs of the agency.  Availability pay is fixed at 25% of a Special Agent’s rate of basic pay.
