Enforcement Response Policy (ERP) for the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Regulations
This policy sets forth procedures for determining appropriate enforcement response for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Good Laboratory Practice Standards (GLPS) found at 40 C.F.R. part 160. This is Appendix G of the FIFRA Enforcement Response Policy (ERP) and is to be used in conjunction with the policies and matrices found in that ERP. Issued September 30, 1991.
