Links to CWA Compliance Agreements with Federal Agencies

The table provides links to Detailed Facility Reports where you can access Federal Facility Compliance Agreements (FFCAs) that EPA has entered into with other federal agencies to address Clean Water Act violations. The agreements listed date back to Fiscal Year 2021 (FY 2021). Please note that there are FFCAs from before FY 2021 that are not included in this table.  To view the FFCA, please follow the link provided in the table and click on the “EPA Facility Documents” tab under “Related Reports” on the right-hand side of the “Facility Summary” section as shown below.
