Memorandum - Updates to Model CERCLA RD/RA CD Property Requirements and Other Provisions

Memorandum specifies the updates made to Section VIII (Property Requirements) and other minor modifications to the September 29, 2014 version of the model Remedial Design/Remedial Action Consent Decree (RD/RA) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Issued 9/30/2015.

The model RC/RA CD, with the changes specified in this memorandum, is available for download from the RD/RA category of the Agency's Cleanup Enforcement Model Language and Sample Documents Database. The database provides access to the current version of cleanup enforcement model documents in Word format.
