This page provides access to information on funding opportunities available in EPA's Office of Land and Emergency Management (OLEM). In support of EPA's policy initiative to encourage competition in the award of grants, cooperative agreements, and other assistance agreement vehicles, OLEM requires that all discretionary funding opportunities subject to the Agency's competition policy be published on this site. This page offers information on assistance agreement (i.e., grants, cooperative agreements, etc.) opportunities only. For a detailed listing of OLEM contracting opportunities, please refer to the EPA Acquisition Forecast Database.
