Training on the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Organic Air Emission Standards

This training covers the federal RCRA organic air emissions standards (referred to as ROAES), focusing on applicability, exclusions and exemptions, and recordkeeping requirements. This recorded training also identifies important considerations in developing Leak Detection and Repair, or LDAR, programs that comply with ROAES. Upon completion, trainees should be able to identify common areas of concern observed by regulators during ROAES inspections and will be able to locate resources developed by EPA related to ROAES.
