  1. If you would like documents sent to you via U.S. mail, please fill out all fields below.
  2. You may select the documents you want from the subject areas above or from the list.
  3. Check the boxes for items you want from the list, then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Please limit your document request to 15 individual documents.
  5. Some National Lead Information Center (NLIC) documents may be available from our Fax-on-Demand system. Call 1-800-424-LEAD [5323] for more information.
Multiple Copies: The NLIC does not accept requests for multiple copies of individual publications through the Internet. If you have any questions about this policy, please call 1-800-424-LEAD [5323] and speak with an Information Specialist.
