Wetland PCB Remediation Cleanup Proposal from the City of New Bedford

September 15, 2005

The City of New Bedford has submitted a plan to EPA describing the City's proposal to address PCB contamination of wetlands near McCoy Field. This new proposal is being reviewed by EPA, and the Agency has not reached any conclusion regarding the wetlands cleanup plan.

In the following documents available on this page, EPA is providing the City's wetlands cleanup proposal to ensure that residents of New Bedford and other interested parties have the opportunity to access this information.

This proposed cleanup plan is separate from the City of New Bedford plan to address PCB contamination at McCoy Field.
