Guidance: Issuance of 2015 Removal UAO and ASAOC Models

Memorandum transmits revised model documents for removal actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA, commonly referred to as Superfund). The model documents are available for download from the removal category of the Cleanup Enforcement Model Language and sample Documents Database. Issued 9/30/2015.

The revised removal model documents are:

• Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (ASAOC) for Removal Actions
• Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) for Removal Actions

These revised models supersede the previously issued 2007 Removal ASAOC model and the 1993 Removal UAO model.
