The Fuel Wizard only works on fuel formulations that are in your county database (CDB) and it "edits" them to comply with the alterations you provide. If you wish to create a set of alternate fuels, you will need to import a set of duplicate fuels with different fuelformulationID values and use the Fuel Wizard to edit each one separately, one at a time.
