September 21, 2022 – Final 2021 CSAPR Assurance Provision Calculations: CSAPR NOX Ozone Season Group 2 Trading Program – Missouri

EPA issued a final Notice of Data Availability, as required by CSAPR, demonstrating that total emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOX) reported by Missouri units participating in the CSAPR NOX Ozone Season Group 2 Trading Program during the 2021 control period exceeded that state’s assurance levels under the program. It includes final data regarding the exceedance and EPA’s calculations of the amounts of additional allowances that the owners and operators of certain Missouri units must surrender.

July 15, 2022 – Preliminary 2021 CSAPR Assurance Provision Calculations: CSAPR NOX Ozone Season Group 2 Trading Program – Missouri

EPA issued a preliminary Notice of Data Availability, as required by CSAPR, demonstrating that total emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOX) reported by Missouri units participating in the CSAPR NOX Ozone Season Group 2 Trading Program during the 2021 control period exceeded that state's assurance levels under the program.
