Request Application Withdrawal or Refund

Please use the form below to request an application withdrawal or fee refund.

Please note the following:

Applicants that request withdrawal of an application more than 10 days after the Agency receives the application will not receive a 100% refund. The date used to calculate a refund amount is the date the Agency receives this withdrawal request.
EPA will not refund fees after granting a certification or re-certification. If your application is disapproved, EPA will not refund fees. Refunds are not available for replacing a certificate.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirming withdrawal and of the eligible refund amount. Refunds may take four to six weeks to arrive.
