EPA-Approved Local Jurisdiction Ordinances and Municipal Code: Coachella Valley Jurisdictions; Town of Mammoth, City of Portola

EPA’s Pacific Southwest (Region 9) implements and enforces federal environmental laws in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, and 148 Tribal Nations.

This page lists EPA approved and compiled California Local Jurisdiction Ordinances and Municipal Code for Coachella Valley Jurisdictions, Town of Mammoth, and the City of Portola, incorporated by reference in the applicable State Implementation Plan (SIP). EPA's Pacific Southwest Office maintains these tables and will update them to reflect any changes in the official tables codified in the Code of Federal Regulations.
