4. Who must submit production reports for pesticide-producing and device-producing establishments and when must they be submitted?

Each producer operating an EPA-registered establishment must submit the reports required under FIFRA Section 7.

• Producers must submit an initial report no later than 30 days after the registration of each establishment

• Producers must submit an annual report on or before March 1 of each year

• If your establishment did not produce or distribute products regulated under FIFRA, you must still meet the initial and annual reporting requirements with EPA, stating "zero production" on the report
