A certified Class 1 Wastewater Operator in Georgia, Matthew was involved throughout the entire project and shares firsthand insights along with photo documentation of this significant upgrade.

Matthew Scroggins
Matthew Scroggins is a certified Class 1 Wastewater Operator in the state of Georgia. He holds multiple other licenses with the state including a Wastewater Laboratory Analyst license, Collection System license, and a Drinking Water Distribution license. In addition to his regular duties at Wolf Creek Water Pollution Control Plant, Matthew is passionate about learning and teaching others about water and wastewater treatment. He has a gift of teaching a variety of wastewater topics in an entertaining and easy to understand manner to help other operators gain knowledge and hone their craft. Matthew’s wife says she has never met anyone who loves their job as much as he does.
