Draft Risk-Based Approval to New National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Member Cooperative

NRECA submitted to the EPA an updated list of members that includes one new member. EPA published for public comment the below draft approval, which contains the same terms as the approvals issued in 2016. The document provides an appendix that includes the new member to allow the public to comment. The comment period was open for 30 days, from May 6 to June 6, 2016. The new member is Consumers Energy from Marshalltown, Iowa.

EPA accepted written comments on the Draft Approval until June 6, 2016.
