Enviro Jet Approval to Decontaminate PCB-Contaminated Natural Gas Pipeline

In March 2023, EPA granted an alternate decontamination Approval to Enviro Jet Technologies (Enviro Jet) to decontaminate PCB-contaminated natural gas pipeline. This approval was issued pursuant to Section 6(e)(1) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.79(h). Access the approval below:

Enviro Jet Notifications to Decontaminate PCB-Contaminated Natural Gas Pipeline

As required by the 40 CFR section 761.79(h) approval, Enviro Jet must submit a notification to EPA when using its approval to decontaminate PCB- contaminated natural gas pipeline.
