  • Reasonable Further Progress
  • Quantitative Milestones
  • Contingency Measures
  • Nonattainment NSR

Serious Areas

  • Mandatory reclassification to Serious pursuant to CAA Section 188(b)(1). All SIP elements due 18 months after reclassification:
    • Attainment Demonstration
    • Base Year Emissions Inventory
    • Attainment Projected Emissions Inventory
    • BACM/BACT
    • Additional Feasible Measures
    • Reasonable Further Progress
    • Quantitative Milestones
    • Contingency Measures
    • Nonattainment NSR
  • Discretionary reclassification to Serious pursuant to CAA Section 188(b)(2).
