Acetal Resins, Acrylic & Modacrylic Fibers, Carbon Black, Hydrogen Fluoride, Polycarbonate, Ethylene, Spandex & Cyanide Chemical Manufacturing: NESHAP for Source Categories, Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards (40 CFR 63, Subpart YY)
This regulation sets standards for multiple source categories including: acetyl resins production, hydrogen fluoride production, polycarbonate, ethylene and cyanide chemical production. The rule includes requirements that are source category specific, and requirements that apply to all source categories that are regulated under the generic maximum achievable control technology (GMACT) standards subpart (e.g., general recordkeeping, reporting, compliance, operation, and maintenance requirements).
