Hawai'i Cesspool Administrative Orders

EPA has issued Administrative Orders to a number of public agencies and private entities to address violations of the large capacity cesspool requirements. Administrative Orders are issued under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Sections 1423(c) and 1445(a).
