The Water Finance Center provides financing information to help local decision makers make informed decisions for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure to protect human health and the environment.

New Interactive Map for Technical Assistance Providers

EPA has launched the Water Infrastructure and Capacity Assessment Tool (Water ICAT), an interactive map that helps users – such as technical assistance providers – identify drinking water and wastewater utilities that may benefit from water infrastructure technical assistance or capacity development assistance.
