EPA Approved Air Quality Regulations for Guam

EPA’s Pacific Southwest (Region 9) implements and enforces federal environmental laws in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, and 148 Tribal Nations.

The following document and table contain the EPA approved Air Quality Regulations for Guam. EPA's Pacific Southwest Office maintains this document and table and will update them to reflect any changes in the official tables codified in the Code of Federal Regulations. The official SIPs, TIPs, and FIPs are contained in regulations promulgated in the Federal Register and codified in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
