CAA Public Comment Opportunities in Region 1

EPA Region 1 is the agency responsible for implementing and enforcing Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) sources offshore the state seaward boundaries of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (see CAA section 328).

Listed below are air pollution control permits and associated actions (indicated by permit type and facility) proposed to be issued by Region 1 that are currently available for public review and comment. To submit comments via email, click on the name of the contact person.
