In this document the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 (EPA) is announcing its decision to issue a Minor New Source Review permit in accordance with the provisions of the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Federal Minor New Source Review Program in Indian Country, 40 CFR § 49.151 - § 49.161, to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, for the Choctaw Casino & Resort, Pocola, located on the Choctaw tribal lands in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
