Minor NSR Permit: American Gilsonite Company - Cottonwood Mine Site

This page contains access to the minor NSR permit application, air quality modeling files and other supporting documentation for the minor modification at the American Gilsonite Company - Cottonwood Mine Site, located on Indian country lands within the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation in Utah.   The proposed permit and supporting documentation were available for public comment through 5:00 p.m. MT on October 23, 2020, and no public comments were received. Therefore, the final permit was issued and immediately effective on November 3, 2020.
